Zeferan Restaurant welcomes its visitors from 07.00 to 24.00 seven days a week at the rooftop of Ajwa Hotel Sultanahmet with its magnificent sea view, representing the delicious culinary culture of Azerbaijan in Istanbul and overlooking the historical peninsula and prince islands from Kadıköy to Yeşilköy coast.

At the Zeferan Restaurantwith a capacity of up to 120 people, it is possible to taste amazing and delicious dishes from different regions of Azerbaijani cuisine All products used in the preparation of meals are supplied from the manufacturer in Zeferan Restaurant fed from the rich geography of Azerbaijan and Anatolia.

Zeferan Restaurant serves antique plates in the restaurant where elegance and meticulousness are prioritized Antique plates with some 220 years of history are accompanied by the mother-of-pearl walnut furniture, hand-woven carpets and original paintings by modern artists of Zeferan Restaurant.

Special kebabs prepared with the most traditional method such as Lüle kebab, tike kebab, rice dishes, fish dishes reflecting the fertility of the Caspian Sea, traditional Azerbaijani dishes such as Kutab, Kükü and Düşbere soup; Azerbaijan, Ottoman and Anatolia are accompanied by delicious yet refreshing sherbet.
